NGC7000 (North American Nebula)

This image combines B and G color data from an image captured with my Canon 300D on August 21, 2005 and Halpha data captured August 1, 2005 with my Starlight Xpress MX716. The images were coregistered and combined in AstroArt 3.0 and final image touch ups were done with Paint.Net.
This is really just an experiment in combining color because I didn't intend to use the monochrome and color photos together. The Canon image shows virtually no hint of the nebula.
