This was my first attempt at the planets with the Vesta.

Above : Seven 50 second exposures

Above : No Barlow so this is F10, collected in K3CCD Tools at 1/10 seconds exposure and all 4 minutes of 5 FPS stacked in Registax (good, bad and ugly) and with a final tweak Photoshop for curves, histogram stretch (levels). The Registax wavelets were probably not done quite right, but I'm just learning.

Three 90 second exposures

Above : This was with a Barlow so we're at F20. It would seem that a 3X Barlow would be ideal for this scope.

Again, another 2 thousand some images stacked -- all 4 minutes of 5 FPS video. I definitely overdid the wavelets at the lower end (1,2,3). I've been told that people tend to use higher end (4,5,6) to avoid graininess. I'll have to try that next time.
